Orders and Delivery
1. How to place an order on the Yeleko website?
To place an order, select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have completed your selections, click on the shopping cart and then click "Checkout". Follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can modify or cancel it by contacting us promptly at YELEKO@mail.com. Once shipped, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
4. What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, deliveries within mainland France take between 3 and 5 working days. International deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
