General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales of products made on the e-commerce site of the Yeleko brand, owned by RENEWWELL. By placing an order on our site, you accept these general terms and conditions without reservation. We invite you to read them carefully before placing any order.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Yeleko.
2. Products
Yeleko offers a range of books, illustrations, accessories and toys for children. The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
3. Price
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are additional and specified during the ordering process.

Placing an Order: To place an order, the user must follow the online ordering process and fill in the mandatory fields.

Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the user.

Order modification: Any order modification is subject to acceptance by Yeleko and may result in additional delays.

Payment for purchases is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or PayPal. Payment is secure and processed via a secure payment platform.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
7. Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs which remain his responsibility.
8. Guarantees
Yeleko undertakes to provide products that comply with the specifications mentioned on the site. Any lack of conformity must be reported as soon as possible to benefit from the legal guarantees.
9. Liability
Yeleko cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use of the products sold.
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order are processed in accordance with our privacy policy. The buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
12. Modification of the T&Cs
Yeleko reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the date of the order.
